Session Fees
Session fees are for the time and talent of the photographer and include a location of your choice. Prints, digital images and products are purchased separately.  For more detailed information on each kind of session, contact mia@birchtreestudio.com.

Formal & Fun
$150-Up to 1 1/2 Hours, $50 for each additional 1/2 hour. 
Portraits for Children, Couples and Families. 
A time to record some of your time together as a family. A blend of posed and candid photographs to preserve the family you are now to the moments that show who you all really are. 

High School Seniors
$150-Up to 2 Hours, $50 for each additional 1/2 hour. Locations-up to 5 traveling miles during the session. Clothing changes are unlimited. Print packages begin at $75. 

Headshots
Package A ($275) includes sitting fee and up to a 45 minute session and one high resolution digital image, retouched with copyrights. Package B ($335) includes 3 high resolution digital images retouched with copyrights.
Update your profile pictures online or in print materials. Update your acting or modeling photographs. 

Businesses & Websites

$150/first hour, $50/each additional hour. Package A ($225) includes 8 digital images with edits and copyrights. Package B ($375) includes 20 digital images with edits and copyrights. Package C ($500) includes 35 digital images with edits and copyrights. Update your employee photographs and office photographs for your website and marketing materials. 

Event Photography
$250/hour with a minimum of 2 hours-Includes digital images and copyrights. Will provide a backdrop and lights for an additional $150.
This could be for an anniversary, graduation, Bat/Bar Mitzvah, birthday party or special event. 

Weddings

Package One-$1500

Engagement session, one photographer on wedding day, up to four hours of coverage, unlimited locations, online viewing and ordering for sixty days, high resolution digital images (8x12 @ 300 dpi) with copyrights of images taken on wedding day. Engagement images are purchased separately.

Package Two-$2500

Engagement session, one engagement session photo for each guest family attending wedding, $20 engagement session print credit, two photographers, up to seven hours of coverage, unlimited locations, online viewing and ordering for sixty days, high-resolution digital images (8x12@ 300 dpi) with copyrights taken on wedding day. Engagement images are purchased separately.

Package Three-$2895

Engagement session, one engagement session photo for each guest family attending wedding, $20 engagement session print credit, two photographers, up to seven hours of coverage, unlimited locations, online viewing and ordering for sixty days, 30-page 10x10 custom designed flushmount album.  You can add high-resolution digital images (8x12@ 300 dpi) from your wedding day with copyrights to this package for an additional $500.

Package Four-$3295

Refund Policy for Weddings:  Upon signature of a contract, Birchtree Studio reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date.  For this reason, all payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable, even if the date is changed, postponed or the wedding is cancelled for any reason.  A non-refundable deposit is due at the signing of this contract and must be paid by check or cash.  No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.  Prices are subject to Missouri and local government sales tax.  Birchtree Studio is not bound until the nonrefundable retainer is paid and accepted and a contract agreement is signed.  This agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts confirmed by facsimile signatures transmitted by telephone, each of which shall be deemed a duplicate original.
